Field Duties:

• Report to work on time.

• Remove trash and recycling material.

• Dusting and damp wiping surfaces.

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping.

• Cleaning restrooms & filling supplies.

• Report property damage to Team Leader.

• Maintain clean and orderly supply closet.

• Follow specifications required at each client facility.

Client Relations:

• Always be courteous & respectful.

• Always wear a clean uniform.

• Know what to do if a client or anyone else asks a question.

• Learn to use the proper equipment and supplies for the job being performed.

Training, Safety & Equipment Use:

• Complete all required training videos prior to beginning work.

• Follow all recommended procedures and directions for cleaning.

• Mix chemicals only per manufacturers instructions.

• Learn to perform the necessary preventative maintenance on equipment you may use.

• Attend/participate in company orientation program before performing any work.

• Adhere to all company safety rules/policies.

• Use appropriate safety equipment and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.

• Implements recruiting program and hires field employees.

• Participates in New Hire Training.
